Returns-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at info@timasafrochet.com . If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label (free for first time returns), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

All items are handmade, each items takes about 2 days to make and 3-7 business days with USPS priority. Packages are shipped out every two days.

Ofcourse, It is all about representing our heritage. First, place your order and email me right away that you will ship your fabric to me. I will provide shipping address. I am not responsible for the shipping cost of the item to me. We also need to discuss the correct measurements of the fabric to make sure it is enough for your item.I will also email you once I receive your fabric and timeline on when you should receive it.

I use 100% cotton yarn, 100% authentic African Fabric. 100% cotton t-shirts on my designs. Only the best quality products for my customers.

Since I use top quality products, it is very easy to wash. Just throw in washer with cool water and dry in low setting or air dry. Your products will look good as new. Do not use bleach or softner when washing these items as the yarn texture and color may change.

As I use top quality products and with enough care on the item on your end, my products can last years. It is key to make sure my products are in a healthy environment.
